Characteristics: Servicios Proxy is a service-orientated company with qualified members, which provide Human Resources, Administrative, Accounting and Tax Services to all our companies. It designs an integral service for each project. Develops and defines managerial strategies for a specific business environment. It implements sound human resources polices and guidelines, elaborates the company policy and personnel manual to assist and create clearly written polices.

History: Founded in 1988 through the necessity of concentrating the basic functions of Human Resources, Administrative, Accounting and Tax strategies and procedures. Servicios Proxy also represents the company’s legal matters when a labor union is involved. This is only performed by specific contract and it applies in Mexico. Servicios Proxy staff supervises and controls all accounting practices and tax procedures, filling forms and returns for all companies in Grupo Lincka, S.A de C.V.
